Marubeni acquires Barnett shale operator EagleRidge Energy

Marubeni Corporation has acquired Barnett shale operator EagleRidge Energy, expanding its North American natural gas portfolio with a producer operating more than 3,500 wells and producing approximately 300 MMcfe/d in North Texas.
