Shell starts Silvertip Phase 3 at Perdido, adding up to 6,000 boed in U.S. Gulf

Shell has started production from Silvertip Phase 3, two wells tied back to the Perdido spar in the U.S. Gulf that are expected to produce up to 6,000 boed at peak.
