Strathcona pitches 250,000-bpd Prince Rupert crude terminal despite BC tanker ban

Strathcona Resources wants a tanker ban exemption for a rail-fed Prince Rupert terminal that could export 250,000 bpd of Canadian crude to Asia within two years.
