Texas Railroad Commission seeks comment on inactive well rules under SB 1150

The Railroad Commission of Texas will hold a public hearing Nov. 20 on proposed rule amendments implementing SB 1150, the 2025 law setting new deadlines to plug or reactivate inactive wells.
